Subject: Turkey PitasHi I wanted to share a new concoction I came up with because I am sick of eating the same boring stuff for lunch.
1 half of a hollow whole wheat pita
1 serving of lean turkey breast (You can use a good deli meat )
Veggies- I chop up red pepper, yellow pepper, chives, baby carrots and sometimes zucchini (I cut them very small )
1 spoonful of tzaziki (buy the lowfat yogurt kind )
So I cut up the turkey, the veggies and mix it in a bowl with the tzaziki sauce and then stuff it into the pita. I like to heat mine in the toaster oven for about 3 min but its not necessary
