I'ts not often that I get to experience this - rather I have never experienced this before. I ran my husband to the ground. He's been in the army our entire marriage and has always been fit and active thanks to morning PT. Well, he got out of the army and has a very demanding 16 hour a day 6-7 days a week job, he is never up to working out anymore. well I got him to the Y this past saturday and on the treadmill and I ran his butt to the ground, faster and longer then he could. What a wonderful feeling that was!

Way to go...thats a good measure of your progress! I judge my fitness the same way...being able to always run my 2 kids (22 & 27) into the ground. No competiton there, it's not even close!
