Subject: Water/ Green Tea?
I was reading an article yesterday that said that you can drink Green Tea, but it cannot be counted as your water for the day. What? Isn't Green Tea mostly water anyway? I don't see any reason not to count it as my water, but I could be wrong.

Any ideas?

So, if you count it the police are going to come to your house and take you away???? YOU can do whatever you want!!!! That's what I think.

But, probably the reason the article said that is that most green tea has caffeine (although it is available de-caffeinated). Caffeine is a diuretic, which has the effect of DEhydrating you. Not what you're looking for with your water consumption.

That's my guess, anyway.
