Comments: Good 1st race. I liked that I went out fast and finally reeled it back in near the middle. What would you do differently?: Probably try and be more consistent on my pace. Post race
Warm down: Just a lite jog before hand. What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to do more sprints in training. Event comments: Should have stretched more afterwards and done an ice bath. Last updated: 2008-04-09 12:00 AM

Up a couple of hours before the race and have a light breakfast of oatmeal, toast, coffee.
Just a light jog.
