Pre-race routine:

breakfast 1:30 before "start time". ended up starting late.
Event warmup:

800m warm up w/ light stretching of upper legs. tried to lossen quads from bicycle ride.

Pacer got lost. ended up leading first 20 in wrong direction. 3.5 mi instead of 5k

run the course beforehand

Warm down:

800m cool down with 10 min stretching concentrating on quads(got really tight during race)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Started commuting to work by bicycle this week, probably effected overall performance
