Subject: Running Plan
I have been running since January and have had great success. I did the Couch to 5K and have now competed in a couple of 5Ks. I now want to train for a 10K and then add biking at that point. I need a good 5K to 10K plan. Looking to complete a 10K in about 16 weeks or less at about a 1 hour pace or less. My best 5K time is just under 26 minutes. Open to any plans that would help me reach this goal, but can only train about 3 days a week.

If you want the training plan details per the Silver plans, for a 10k plan, you can look at the 12 week Silver Olympic plan, but just use the run workouts...they won't be more then 3 times per week anyway so it may be a good fit. You can even use the biking part of the plan if you are training that too.

When you import the plan into your log, just select only the run portions to import.

Just make sure you are ready to handle the run volume before you start the plan, if not, build into it over a few weeks to a month.
