Subject: RE: Running PlanIf you want the training plan details per the Silver plans, for a 10k plan, you can look at the 12 week Silver Olympic plan, but just use the run workouts...they won't be more then 3 times per week anyway so it may be a good fit. You can even use the biking part of the plan if you are training that too. When you import the plan into your log, just select only the run portions to import. Just make sure you are ready to handle the run volume before you start the plan, if not, build into it over a few weeks to a month. |
