Anyway, I found a new whole body strength routine...
Climbing trees!
We moved from a rental into a house we purchased that has a couple trees out front. A couple weeks ago while waiting for the dog to do her business I got bored and started climbing.
I took me a few days to figure out why I was so sore. Been doing it every other day since then.
Tonight I finally struggled my way into the harder tree for the first time. Gotta keep working so I can tackle the big ones in the back yard.
Just under two weeks till my first Tri. Haven't been training as often as I wanted, but I feel ready to complete it. I'm also signed up for second tri in July and getting ready to put my money down for and Xterra race in August. |
