Subject: Almost ready for IM Austria Guys, 19 days to the big event. i did the 20 week HR program and based on thenumber of minutes in the total plan i will have completed (come race day) 82% of the plan. I have missed one LOooonnNNNNgggGGGGggg cycle and a 2-3 long runs (due to injury). Is this enought to get me across the line? I have done 2 marathons before and i did the 8 week cycle plan up to day one of this plan so i will have done 28 weeks. Opinions Please! Thanks Simon (a nervous one) |
