honestly, do what you think you need to, so races i have been trashed after but getting out the next day for a 10-15 min run was enough to loosen me up, others i have needed a day or two off. listen to your body, and rest if you need it. that being said, do go out the next day and do something for a few min, walk around the block, run for 15 min, go to the pool, soemthing to get your body moving just enough to keep it from getting stiff. |
