Adding friends blogs to my page!!!

So this is probably a completely moronic question, but how do I add friends blogs to my site, like where their pic shows up and everything. I can't figure it, and I have been logging on this site for two flippin years!!! Man....help me out so my ego isn't too badly damaged!
