The other thing I would do is keep a journal of what you are eating daily for a couple weeks. Then take a look at it every Sunday. It will give you a better understanding of what you are putting in your mouth. It will also make you more aware of what you put in your mouth before you do it. Increase your fiber and cut back on portions. These are small changes that can change the way you feel about food. I think you have to find a plan that is more of lifestyle change and not a diet.
