Subject: changing swim zones
How can I change swim zone times in training log on this web site?, glad to say I did a 1000 time trial today after 8wk of training and need to adjust these. 19:31, down from 22:22 8 wks ago. As you can see swimming is not my strong point. Thanks for the help!
