Subject: Thoughts on N.O. Explode?What's up guys I have been using the supplement N.O. Explode for about 2 months now. I didn't do too much research on it other than other people's word of mouth before I started taking it. I was satisfied with the results because I would drink it about 30 min to an hour before I worked out and I noticed a huge burst of energy. I took it before my last race as well, and felt energized, although I don't think it helped my overall performance. On the downside I have heard that it can be seriously detrimental to endurance athletes because of it's dehydrating effects, among others. Is there anybody out there who has used it for triathlons with great results? I have worked out a couple times without it and I didn't feel like my workout suffered so I'm wondering if I should just cut it out all together like some people have told me.
