Subject: Thoughts on N.O. Explode?

What's up guys I have been using the supplement N.O. Explode for about 2 months now.  I didn't do too much research on it other than other people's word of mouth before I started taking it.  I was satisfied with the results because I would drink it about 30 min to an hour before I worked out and I noticed a huge burst of energy.  I took it before my last race as well, and felt energized, although I don't think it helped my overall performance.  On the downside I have heard that it can be seriously detrimental to endurance athletes because of it's dehydrating effects, among others.  Is there anybody out there who has used it for triathlons with great results? I have worked out a couple times without it and I didn't feel like my workout suffered so I'm wondering if I should just cut it out all together like some people have told me.  Lemme know what you think!

I took this supplement a few years back when i was doing heavy lifting/weight training... seemed to give great energy but there always seemed to be some down sides to it... after the energy boost i would crash hard.... it was brutal...

I think its a good short term supplement but i wouldn't go for it on a long term basis

It took the No Explode for 2 months and it works well, but I found your body gets use to it and then the effects are about useless to me.  I will sometimes take 1/3 dosage of Black powder and that is great stuff.  Only take 1/3 of dosage before a run though.    Weights full dose cardio 1/3 i find it increase my heart bloodflow to much.

I love it. I have been taking on and off for a couple of years. I have found it to help during long cycling training rides, but do not take during race. It winds me up too much for the swim. I have found it is better to cycle on and off this supplement so your body doesn't adapt and render the supplement useless.
