Event comments:

It was an informal race with a small group of participants. Just before race was really hungry and ate a packet of chicken rice and came to the race just on time.. a few minutes before the race start..
Feel really good in the water have not been swimming for a while....
After the swim when start to run, stomach pain starts to set in so decided not to push myself and just stop, gave up after a while.The only race that I have given up and did not finish.....hope it will be the last. Have not been doing much training the past 2 weeks, should be back to usual training next week.
