light strecthing some temp running to make sure i didn't start too slow

Comments:

I was so happy with the weather. Nice, cool and overcast is something I haven't seen in months being from Vegas. This really made the run great.

What would you do differently?:

Packed a gel. I don't think it hurt me much but at mile 11 I needed one.

Post race

Warm down:

Wine tasting mostly then some stetching and a nice walk back to the car.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

felt great!

Event comments:

Post race they gave you a medal and a wine glass for tasting. This was an overall fun race and I highly recommend it. This was not an A race for me but I PR'd by almost 5 minutes!

Course:	There was a hill called "Butt Burner Hill" right in the beginning, then rolling hills the rest of the course. It was a little packed in the beginning which made it tough to spread out but after the hill it was nice. Road was a little ragged so I had to watch my feet a little to avoid holes.
