Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff at BT.  I completed my first IM doing the 20 week HR plan.  The support and advice that went with it allowed me to complete IM Austria in 10hrs and 46mins.

Cant recommend the GOLD membership enough.

Thanks again

Simon

Great job Simon.

BTW: Love the last name. It's nearly the same as mine, only mine is ee instead of ea.

Our family is from the Cork/Limerick area, from what I understand.

My ten year goal is to plan and carry out my first trip to Ireland with my wife.

Again, great job on the IM.

Dia duit, (hello in irish/gaelic

Hey Irish,  Thats exactly where my family are from too.  West Cork to be specific.  O'Siochain is the Irish/Gaelic translation pronounced O She o coin.  When the English arrived they translated the name into Sheehan or Sheahan depending on how you spelt it. ee and ea giving the same sound in english!

History lesson over!!!  Thanks for the well wishes! You should go a trace your roots.  Its a beautiful part of the country.

Slan Leat (good bye)

Simon.

Thank you for the info Simon.

I do have every intention of not only tracing the roots, but traveling to the "mother land" within the next 5 years or so.

Slan Leat.

Talk to you soon.
