Subject: sentinel in santa cruz... anyone?
hey all, santa cruz here... anyone doing the sentinel in santa cruz Sept 23rd (i think)?  It is olympic distance.  It is my first tri and looking for people to swim in the water with for practise and bike maybe (if you're not too fast)?  Thanks, Heather

hey, are u in santa cruz?  I am not a fast biker (as I have a mountain bike with slicks)... about 25 mines in 1:45 (in traffic).  Swim, i usually do at the pool, but need a buddy to practice in the ocean with... what is your schedule like?  I am usually available evenings (except monday) and saturday afternoons.

I did this race as my first Tri years ago.   Jay are you in San Jose?  I am looking for someone to motivate me on the bike and maybe do a few open water swims with.
