Yes it was the Cooper Sprint, I came in 3rd (#425). I didn't even know it until I checked the times 3 days later. My wife got called in to work so I had to take the kids home & I couldn't get my first dust collector . My swim was terrible had to stop 3 or 4 times because I couldn't get around people. How did U end up doing & are U going to do the Stonebridge Ranch Tri ?

Congrats on your great finishes! I did the Cooper tri as my second tri ever and thought it was great race! I can't remember if I did it as an AG or Athena? Qualify for AThena but go back and forth now as I'm trying to just do my AG. Had a great time tho' and plan to do it next year. My kids are doing the Stonebridge tri.. And we'll do the Monster Tri in Keller.

^^^^ I will be at the Kids race suppurating our young Triathletes with my 5yr. old daughter.

Can't make Texas Man but will be doing the Stonebridge Ranch Tri. I'm so lame,I just picked up my 3rd place trophy today from the Cooper Center & congrats on 1st place,great job !!!

Thanks, I come across a few riders on Tri-bikes here in McKinney so I say morning or wave & they look at me like I'm nuts. I am starting to realize that Triathlete's are very FOCUSED when they are training.

Thats why it is best to just ride up next to them and scream.... or just stare at them for about 3 miles or so.. lol.. just kidding.. yes, there are some around that area, that take their rides serious and probably didn't even hear you. Kenny

^^^ ajax1868 just did Stonebridge this past weekend & signed up for Monster last night. I would love to have some company on my training rides. Thanks for the Web site I will make sure to check it out. Good Luck this weekend & just remember it's suppose to be FUN
