Who has this one on their schedule? It's the morning of the 9th of August.

We registered for Morton Plant, was too late to pick SandKey as our consolation prize so next up was Tarpon Springs. I do not know much about it, cant seem to find anything.... I only heard the bike course was technical...

It's held at Howard Park in Tarpon Springs. The swim is OWS close to shore and the run is within the park. I'm not sure about the bike course. Was expecting an email from Suzanne yesterday with the course layout.

Hey triathletes
just received the email. It is now a USAT certified race.
The bike course looks very twisty, lots of left hand turns.
I've heard the swim course can have some sea weeds.
otherwise, haven't heard much about this race either...

Yep, received the email as well. Bike portion is through the roads of Tarpon and some of them can have some rough spots. It's a great location for a race. I ran a 5K there not too long ago.

Well, not too bad of a race. Beautiful location, bike course was rough.... All good except I seem to be missing from the overall results, no where to be found.. Apparently they had some problems with the timing ??? Not sure but overheard no splits... If they had to rely on humans calling out race numbers as they crossed the finish maybe they missed mine... Thats a little weak if that was the case....

Try this for your splits: http://www.coolrunning.com/bin/res_load/res_print.cgi?r=08/fl/Aug9_Tarpon_set1.shtml ; however as there were no timing boxes at the transition exit there are no transition times.

yeah, got that email. Not listed. Received response from race staff, for some reason my info omitted. They will update it and should be up mid next week...

Yeah, the link above pointing you to coolrunning. Though I just went to the site and my name is listed but when you click on age group results it takes you to the outdated clydesdale results page that didnt have my name in it... Click on it again and you get the new clydesdale page with my name included in the results... Screwy.... Doesnt seem to be too tight of a ship over there...
