Subject: RE: training between racesI'm guessing you mean duathlon. i think biathlon is a cross country and shooting event. Anyway, follow your plan and then allow a little recovery time post race. (maybe take one day off and then an easy 2nd day) If you feel you were prepared well for your race, pick up the last 4 weeks of your plan again, but up the intensity.
