Subject: Just Finished Training For Today And Hungry Hey guys. I just finished my first day of training and it felt great! I've always been in great shape, but I've never really had a goal to keep me motivated. I'm 5'11, 160 lbs, and about 9% bf! Now that I'm training to become a triathlete, I feel more focused and determined, and it feels great! Anyway, I biked for 48 minutes today and swam for 24 and shortly after I came home, I was starving. Of course I had breakfast this morning, but it had a been a few hours since I ate. Anyway, I ended up eating two bowls of Frosted Flakes with skim milk, a large glass of water, and a can of tuna.. It got me to thinking - what are some good recovery meals I should be eating? And how was mine? |
