I really like the way this plan has you add weight and then drop an exercise based on certain parameters. A really intelligent circuit.

Too bad Chuck The Ice man was on the mat on page 2Wink

 I have gone back and forth between Thib and Waterbury maybe twice. Personally found Chads muscle revolution book to be right on. Have used it and DeFranco without having to make my own training routine.

I like it!!  I think I'll put this in my schedule for next month (my cutting month) once a week.  Looks like a good way to get some extra power.  Thanks for the link!

I wanted to try this out so I made it work with my workout for today. I did Trap bar Deads, Incline Bench & Hang Cleans. I really liked the workout. I think I will try it next week with the actual lifts from the article, but so far so good.
