She told me to start in the pool and do 8 sets of 50 with a 45 second rest between 25. Translation... one lap stop at the end rest for 45 seconds and go back. Do 8 sets however long it takes you and call it a day. Focus, over time, on decreasing the rest time and build up to 18 laps (which equals 450 yards--sprint distance). |
