Subject: RE: running in the pool?If you are turning to pool running because of injury, do not do shallow-water running. You should only shallow-water run when you are healthy enough to run on dry land. When shallow-water running, your form should be the same as on land. If you run heel-toe on land, you should run heel-toe in the water as well. You should wear the same running shoes, and if you wear orthotics or anything, those should be worn as well.
