Subject: Iowa City Running
I have a friend who lives in iowa city and I was wondering if there were any running groups in iowa city he can join. He is a beginner who could use some help and guidance.

Though he is not ready to swim yet but he is eventually going to learn and he does not own a bike yet either. .

I figure if he could atleast find people he could run with that would be a good start.

Tell him to check out Running Wild in Coralville. They do runs I believe every weekend.
He can google it for their website/location.
There are tons of nice paths to run in the IC/Coralville area.
