Subject: RE: So where do you guys track your food?i use fitday.com and really love it. i've used sparkpeople.com in the past and it was okay. i prefer fitday because imo it's clearer to see the macronutrient comparisons, i love the way the journal and weight log and mood log are incorporated as well. with both, there is a good database, but you still need to be prepared to enter your own foods. i noticed with spark, a lot of times food was there but entered by others, so the serving sizes weren't clear and/or didn't match what I had on my box, so i'd have to re-enter. with fitday, it has all the basic foods and a lot of brands, but you have to enter a lot of restaurants by hand. |
