Subject: Soft Bike Porn???

Well, here it is, my almost blank canvas. I picked up this frame from a buddy that recently upgraded.  Now, I need your advice - First, what would you do to this bike?   Second, where do you get your equipment from?  Any good online resources?

 I'm trying to get this thing put together by the beginning of next tri season (March '09). I'm working with a budget of $150/month, so that totals to approximately $1k.

 What do you guys think?

Check your email.  I did a Leader build recently and have a spreadsheet laid out with the parts, prices, and where I bought them.  It might help a little.
