How/why does a thread become "frozen".  This is the first time I've ever seen this and am curious as to why and how it was frozen.

I unfroze it, seems harmless. 

I don't know when it got frozen but I suspect that one of the mods for that forum wanted to sticky it but accidentally froze it.
