Subject: Creating Goals for next season!Hello!
So my first Tri season ends in two weeks (20th of Sept )! I'm meeting with my coach this Wednesday to discuss strength training, nutrition, and next seasons goals.
I was wondering you all could help me with suggestion as far as goals go, so that i dont over look anything. I have ideas of races, but what are the other things i should look at, times within each of the disciplines, gear (i.e. areo helmet, race wheels, power meter ), looking to go up to olys...what about sponsorship (can getting sponsors be a goal )? I'm not really sure...
Current Goal Thoughts -
1. Obviously nothing is possible without sticking with the training!
2. Races - Compete in Oly, winning AG and overall, Collegiate Nationals (sprint ), AG Nationals...idk
What else should i be looking at as far as goals go?
