Subject: last peak workout for 1/2 maryI'm trying to decide what to do for my last peak work out for a 1/2 mary coming up on sept/28th before I start reducing mileage. I'm doing about 55km's/week with a long run around 24km's and a 30-40minute tempo, I ususally run 2 medium days and try to bike once a week. (My logs are current ).
I'm trying to decide what my last peak workout should be (10-14days out from race day ).
Should I do a 20k run with 10k slightly slower then 1/2 pace?
10k tempo @ 1/2 pace?
intervals?
25k long run?
