For those of you that do Kettlebells, how do you log them into the site here?
When I go to log a strength train, it asks me to pick a certain body type. Well, with the type of KB workout I do, I basically cover the entire body in abou 45 minutes, a couple/few times a week.
Ron graciously added some KB stuff to the logs when I asked him. For snatches, under the ADD NEW EXERCISE dropdown menu, choose LEGS. You will then see kettlebell snatches in the dropdown list. I forgot to have him add swings, but I just log those under snatches. For presses, choose SHOULDERS, kettlebell presses. For Turkish Getups, choose ABS.
