I was thinking the same thing Twice a week I carry two 5 gal jugs of bottled water (1 in each hand) up 44 stairs. Great lower body workout. We live on a river's edge with a 30 foot steep drop off the back of our property to a flood plane. Until I quit cutting the grass down to the river's edge a couple of years ago, I had an old beater larnmower with ropes tied to it that I would lower down the hill and hand-over-hand pull it back up. Repeat about 100 times for a great upper body workout. |
