Great American Cooter Triathlon

I don't know anything about this tri, but I have gotten several wetsuits from this guy and never been disappointed.

When it didn't fit, I just sent it back and he sent me a new size no problems. The quality has been fine, no tears and when the fabulous American Airlines decimated my bag last summer when I did the Urban Tri in Maine, I didn't feel so bad as my suit was only $40, not $400.

I don't have anything to do with him, but he seems like a good guy, with good stuff. Now if you have to have a ironman logo, this isn't your man, but if you just need a wetsuit, then he's your guy.

WOW those are some good prices.

And they have size HUGE.

Think I will order 1 to see how they do.

My wife and I did the race in 2005. It was very well run. The water was cold but the swim was so short it really wasn't a big deal. The Festival itself was really nice and the T-Shirts, lol.

Did the race 2006. Cold swim (point - to - point) with a walk to the start (.25 mile in bare feet). Swims so short I didn't think it was worth a wetsuit. It would take me longer than the swim to peel off the suit. Bike was flat on quiet roads. Run was out and back run on paved, flat trail. Nice party atmosphere afterward with the great cooter fest going on. Well run - a nice end of year sprint and worth a try.
