Subject: Quick Question

Ive seen plenty of Ironmans...but never had the interest to get into one. Ive fallen for oly, and sprint distances...lovin' the sprint ending

My quetion however..... what does the 70.3 stand for in the Ironman 70.3 series, or event???

I seriously have no idea....

The distance for everything is exactly half the IM distance, so it's a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, and 13.1-mile run (= 70.3 miles).
