Not sure up there, I usually go to Allaire which is a bit South of there but check the www.mtbnj.com site, on the bottom of the forums NJ is seperated into regions and they rate the trails and have discussions on them, Lots of info, the JORBA group is good too, Jersey Off Road Bicycle Assoc.

If you have a GPS and are looking for some rocks, check out Ringwood- about 40 min from Rochell park and 20 fron USR. If you are looking for some other nice areas, check out Alimuchy about an hour (good chance of getting lost on the triails), and Kittatiny about hour 10-not as technical but still fun. 

 I have never ridden Ringwood, but from what I hear its pretty sweet! - If you opt for alimuchy or Kitt, shoot me a PM we can explore.
