Run
Comments: The first run went well, I started out faster than I thought I would but it is not too hard on me. The hill is always tough, but it was good to know the markers, so I knew what was coming and where I was in the route. What would you do differently?: Nothing, very happy. Transition 1
Comments: I had a little trouble getting clipped in due to new cleats, but other than that, i was happy with T1. What would you do differently?: nothing Bike
Comments: I felt faster ont he bike than I ever have before. I know I ned to work on turnaround points on the bike. It felt good to be the one passing people instead of always getting passed. What would you do differently?: work on turning around on the bike better. Transition 2
Comments: Went smooth What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: I had some major calf cramps at the beginning of the second run, but I was able to stretch them out and then keep going. It got easier as I went. I was happy with my per mile split times. What would you do differently?: more bricks Post race
Warm down: bananas, Gatorade and a coke! Walked around with family, cheered on the other racers. What limited your ability to perform faster: ?? Event comments: 2nd time I have completed this race. It is a good, fun race and more spectator friendly than any I have done this year. One of the races I look forward to. It has grown in size and the times are getting alot faster.
