Subject: St. Anthony's with T-N-T

Hi all. Thanks for all the support and tips I have recieved on here over the past few months as a total nOOb. Although I only trained this year, and chickened out of any races, I really saw drastic improvements in my fitness and really think I am ready to do a tri next year. This week, I went to a Team In Training meeting intending to sign up for the ING Atlanta marathon in April. My father (several years ago) and uncle (morerecently) both loss lengthy battles with non-hodgkin lymphoma and I wanted to do something to make a difference.

Anyways, while at the meeting, I saw that St. Anthony's was a choice for a race.  I came back and asked on here about TNT triathlon training and saw several positive comments.  I called the TNT sign up  and decided to sign up for the St. Anthonys instead of the marathon. I have pledged to raise $3,500 for the LEukemia and Lymphoma Society. If any of you could give a little, even just $5, it would be awesome. All donations are 100% tax deductible and go to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and at least 3/4 of the money stays with the society while up to 1/4 goes for race logistics. You can go to

to learn more or donate. Thanks for any help you are able to give and please continue to give this newbie tips and support over coming months.
