Training after minor surgery

I just had my gallbladder out. It took them eight years to diagnose gallbladder disease by Wednesday they finally did and I had surgery yesterday. I'm feeling GREAT even with the tender incisions.

I'm planning on just listening to my body but was just wondering what other people's experiences were.
