Here are mine.  Probably pretty aggressive but this might be the last chance I have at this course and it will take 8 minutes off my first race here (1st ever) in 2006.

 Swim   4:45
T1        1:15
Bike   36:00
T2          :30
Run    22:50
Total    1:05

Avoid crashing. I took a header, at the dismount line, last year.

Swim: 5:45

T1: 1:00

Bike: 35:00

T2: 0:45

Run: 21:40

Total: 1:04:10

Last years times were: 6:00, 1:03, 36:00, 1:03, 22:00, 1:06:06

That is the most entertaining spot for spectators.

just pacing myself for the upcoming holiday parties... I'll be out there cheering only

1st goal....get more rest than normal.  staying at parents house in southlake for the peace and quiet here and the nice close location....missed that goal, got here and online at 11pm, haha.

Swim - 4:15 stretch 4:00

Bike - Stay out of the way of you fast guys and gals....sub 40

Run - Learn to trust my legs will come back somehow, some way...sub 25

Transitions - No idea, go to the right bike this time will help, 1st time at this race so we will see how it goes.
