Absolutely aweful. I had hoped for much better when I signed up for the 10K. I obvioulsy didn't plan on hurting my foot 3 weeks prior to the race and being sick and unable to breath for the 2 weeks prior. Still felt not so great (wheezy). At least I finished?
What would you do differently?:

Not get sick. Actually train.
