Subject: birthday

Today is my birthday!!!! I got to age up in running brackets (35-39) and ran The Azalea Trail 10K in Mobile, AL. this morning. I did not have a PR, but it was a great time, close to a PR for me. I could not have wished for anything better then to be running this morning with about 5,000 other runners on a beautiful day. Happy birthday to any other person out there in the BT family
