Subject: Food Addiction
Yes well most of us have it. My recent accomplishment losing 65 pounds within 5 months happened. Only healthy food. I completely had no candy, sugar, soda, processed foods..only fresh foods. Now I decided to take a weekend off and it ended up being 2 weeks!!!!! While I still exercised like a crazy man I gained 5 pounds back and ended up losing defintion. Now I want to completely go back to eating only healthy foods and nothing bad. Anyone ready to take the challenge with me? And should I start off with a detox??? Thanks for all the help

Wow. No candy, sugar or processed foods? I don't think I'd survive!!!! (Which tells you a lot about MY diet....)
