help me fix this!

I am trying to enter info for a race.....which is a rare occurrence since I do not race much. No wonder I have messed it up~ I have submitted an empty race report...how do I get rid of it and replace it wit a race report which is filled with the painful details of my suffering? It is the Winterman half marathon btw.
