Subject: Interval workout Matrices I've been doing more and more speed drills since the track season opened up, but even before then, I was a little frustrated with the mechanism we use to input our times and distances for interval work-outs. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue if we're all running on the road, trail or using our garmins, but I think that having some sort of option in the running menu to annotate speed drills would be MOST helpful... something similar to the lifting regimen further down. Put in a box that says "Interval Drills" or something and then the distance - time in seperate boxes, that way use peeps who use this to keep track of mileage/times while running on the track have an easier time with it. Otherwise, the scheme gets a little disorienting. Anyone else agree? ~Evo |
