The goal: Get your entire training calendar for the month of March looking PEACHY.

Here's how it works:
- You can do anything: Swimming, running, biking, pushups, elliptical work, jumping jacks, etc. But it needs to be an activity that causes your training calendar to have a PEACH or PINK colored box for the day.

- You must be active for at least 10 minutes.

- Sign up by replying on this thread. I will put everyone into teams, and post the team rosters by March 1st.


Winners will be rewarded and losers will be punished.

Winners:
The team with the highest total number of PEACH boxes is the WINNER! Members of this team can add a signature line, "I was a WINNER in the March Marshmallow Challenge!"

Losers:
All other teams must display an avatar with a MARSHMALLOW theme for the month of April.


The Challenge will begin on March 1st and end on March 31st.

In the event of injury/illness/personal crisis/other issues, you may request to be dropped from the challenge, without penalty.


Smack talking:
-- Smack talking is not mandatory, but may be done. (Expect to see some from me. )
-- Smack talk is different from a personal attack. If you aren’t sure what the difference is, err on the side of caution and do not post the comment. (Keep in mind that real people are reading your comments!)
-- Smack talking is not to be taken personally. If you get upset about a post, ignore it and move on.
-- If you find a post offensive, and cannot simply ignore it: Walk away from the computer until you feel better, OR better yet, go for a good workout. A nice workout can do wonders for your perspective.
