Subject: RE: Spinervals 1.0 "No Slackers Allowed"I tried the Muscle Breakdown and liked the workout. I didn't follow the gearing recommended because it was too much for me. I also got through about 20 minutes of the one on Techniques & Recovery (may not be the correct name ). I find that it is hard to get mentally prepared for these tapes since I have to get the trainer from the garage, get the bike, set it all up, put the DVD in, etc. It is one thing to go out and ride but all the preparation is a pain!
The tapes are great if you can't get outside to ride. |
