3-legged triangular course. Westward currents were very strong. Have to vector off to get on course. Toughest leg was the second one - directly against the current.

more power in my strokes. otherwise I think i did pretty well.

More intervals? More fartlek? Speed has to be factored into my endurance level now.

Well organized race, maybe it's because it's run by the Navy. There are plenty of volunteers from the NDU.

Yeah it was a well organised event by the Navy got our results and completion certs after the race and full results were published on the safra website after a few days.Efficient and fast.

huh! volunteers??? more likely arrowed/tasked to do the job. Anyway, they deserve to be commended for a job well done.
