They are brand new, in the box they came in (tried them on once indoors, didnt fit quite right so they are yours for cheap-o), never had cleats attached. I ended up getting a pair of the 2008 TR-50's which just seem to fit me a lot better, they just dont look quite as awesome. Can provide pics of them upon request.
