Subject: RE: Race wheels or training wheels with PT Depends- a PM is not always the answer, simply because to get the most out of it requires some type of systematic approach. It's not as simple as slapping it on and having a magic number tell you good or bad. It requires some time and analysis on a routine basis. This also includes if you have a coach read the files. But, if you're willing to invest the time, I'd say go for the PM. Ideally, get a PT laced to a reliable aero rim, and you get your PM and race wheel. Economically, you'll get greater returns from the PT, but that also depends on how much you race. |
