Comments: Hauled it in the last 10 miles averaging 24-26 MPH without winds or drafting. What would you do differently?: We got three flats out of six of us in our group. Two of those flats were in the first two miles, setting us at the end of the pack before we really got started. Able to catch up with a group at the 30-mile break.  Post race

Not too much for warm up except stretching.
